Week 6 Instructional Reminders

Warm-ups are a great way to get the body used to doing repetitive motion.  Just remember that each child will develop at their own pace. 

Once they start to master the basics, you'll see improvements in the following areas:

  • Agility

  • Balance

  • Coordination

  • Running

  • Jumping

  • Hopping

  • Skipping

  • Dodging

  • Throwing

  • Catching

  • Tracking Movement of an Object in Flight

  • Decision Making

  • Kicking
